Occupying the sixth floor of a mid-rise building on the south slope of Seattle’s Queen Anne hill, this residence overlooks the city skyline and waterfront. In a city where interiors tend to be relaxed and organic, this apartment stands out with its finely honed Manhattan-like elegance. The design embodies the clients’ love of clean lines and precision, using a monochromatic color palette and polished, elegant materials. Equally simple in plan, the absence of conventional walls and doors makes the moderately sized space seem larger.
