Poject Details

The Rainier Club is seeking to update and expand their health club facilities to meet increased demand. The expansion is planned to coincide with the building of a high-rise office tower on the adjacent property, most likely in 2005. Current plans call for a 6,000 square-foot facility on two levels, with most of the program area located below grade in order to respect the Rainier Club’s historic south façade. On top of the new health club, a terraced roof deck will connect to the Rainier Club’s second floor Cascade Room, providing a unique downtown event space.
