All four partners are involved in designing homes at Horizon at Semiahmoo, a gated community of single-family homes, condominiums, townhomes, modern flats & lofts. In addition to the residential buildings, Olson Sundberg Kundig Allen is designing a clubhouse, retail center and a sales center. Sustainable homes, landscaping and buildings practices are a priority of this development, and buildings will be designed to meet or exceed the LEED Gold standard. The first phase of the development will create over seventy homesites, and construction is set to begin in late 2007.
